How to delete your account

Deleting your Kilo account is done directly from the app. No action on this website is required.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Kilo app on your device.

2. Go to the Settings tab (gear icon).

3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.

4. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete permanently.

What happens after deletion?

Deleting your account will:

• Remove your profile and login credentials.

• Immediately delete all your synced data from our servers (meals, goals, custom foods, meal templates).

• Local data on your device is not automatically deleted. Uninstall the app to erase it.

• Your active subscription is not automatically canceled. Remember to cancel your subscription through the App Store or Play Store before deleting your account.
