Description of service

Kilo is a calorie and nutrition tracking app that allows you to log your meals, track your macronutrients, and set personalized nutritional goals.

Subscription and free trial

Kilo offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Google). Renewal and cancellation terms are governed by the respective platform's policies.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the App Store or Play Store.

User account

Account creation is optional but recommended for syncing your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Intellectual property

The Kilo app, its design, source code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.

Limitation of liability

Kilo is a nutritional tracking tool and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical or nutritional advice.

Nutritional data comes from third-party databases (Open Food Facts) and may contain inaccuracies. Kilo does not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information.

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the app or on our website.

Governing law

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the app shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
